PURPOSE: To display an image for a detection terminal with the highest display priority on a CRT tube and to dispense with the assistance of an operator during that time by automatically selecting the most significant information when abnormality occurs.
CONSTITUTION: First and second image information for the detection terminal with the highest display priority are retrieved from the first and second image information stored in a first storage means 1 with a retrieval means 5, and accordingly, a control signal is generated with a control signal generating means 6 and a cathode ray tube(CRT) 7 is driven, and images conforming to the first and second image information are superimposed and displayed on the tube plane of the CRT 7. At such a case, a displayed image shows the image with the highest display priority in plural abnormality detection signals. Therefore, when the plural abnormality detection signals are inputted almost simultaneously in point of time, the image s corresponding to the first and second image information for the detection terminal with the highest display priority can be automatically displayed. Thereby, it is possible to dispense with the assistance of the operator to display the image on the CRT 7.
