PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to maintain visibility of a display item during drag operation.SOLUTION: A display controller includes: detection means for detecting position input onto the screen of display means; display control means for displaying a display item on the display means to perform control such that the display item is scrolled with a display effect in response to a scroll instruction; and control means for performing control such that when the detection means detects position input onto the screen during the scroll, the scroll is stopped with the display effect when the position input is detected being accompanied.
