A display controller includes: first display screen movement means for removing the display of a display screen displayed on a second display from the second display and displaying the display screen on a first display instead of the second display when the second display is turned off; display screen management means for managing information on the display screen whose display is moved from the second display to the first display; and second display screen movement means for removing from the first display the display of the display screen whose display is moved from the second display to the first display and re-displaying the display screen on the second display on the basis of management content of the display screen management means when the second display is turned on.
