PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display data creation device which is excellent in usability.SOLUTION: In a label issue device 100 which outputs commodity information to a label indicating the commodity information in response to a tax system for taxing at a tax rate corresponding to a kind of a commodity, a control unit 20 is a device for creating print data related to the commodity information. The control unit 20 comprises: a storage part 21 which stores a print data creation program for defining a correspondence relationship between the kind of the commodity and the print data; and a print data creation part 23 which creates the print data on the basis of the print data creation program. The print data creation part 23 creates the print data related to the commodity which is taxed at a normal tax rate in a first print form, and creates the print data related to the commodity which is taxed at a reduced tax rate in a second print form. The print data which is created in the first print form, and the print data which is created in the second print form are different from each other in display form when displayed in the label as the commodity information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
