Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a visual slippage between printed matter and a display even when the spectral characteristic of the display changes.SOLUTION: Provided is a display device for displaying an image on the basis of image data, the display device comprising: storage means for storing the previously measured visual characteristic information of a user and first spectral characteristic information that is the spectral characteristic of the display device at the time the visual characteristic is measured; correction means for correcting the image data on the basis of the visual characteristic of the user; and first acquisition means for acquiring second spectral characteristic information that is the current spectral characteristic of the display device. When a difference exists between the first spectral characteristic and the second spectral characteristic, the correction means corrects the image data on the basis of the second spectral characteristic and the visual characteristic of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
