A control circuit 110A for the display driver 110 analyzes the digital data, generates a display data for displaying the information displayed by the digital data, and stores it in a memory 110D. The control circuit 110A controls a scanning-line driver circuit 110B and a data-line driver circuit 110C according to the display data while lighting a back light, and displays the information displayed by the display data to a display section 111.
