Then, when the voltage applied to the row electrode 11 and a row electrode-cum-light transmission plate and the voltage applied to the selection electrode 15 are Vt (V) also, related to the emitted pixel, since the photoconductive layer 13 is made low in resistance, the light emission by the voltage between the electrodes is kept.
