Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a display device and a holding substrate, capable of increasing the number of light-emitting devices obtained from one holding substrate.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a display device includes the steps of: acquiring a first reference position on a surface of a holding substrate on the basis of positions of a plurality of first alignment marks of the holding substrate; and performing positioning of the holding substrate and a moved substrate so as to match the first reference position and a second reference position on the surface of the moved substrate. The holding substrate is divided into a first partition and a plurality of second partitions in view of one direction. The second partition is arranged with a predetermined interval viewed in one direction. The first partition is provided at one part of a gap between the plurality of second partitions viewed in one direction. The first partition has permeability of a light higher than that of the second partition, and forms the first alignment mark which transmits the light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
