A three-dimensional data generation unit 113 of a display device 100 generates data for two-dimensional display of each object constituting a content and data for three-dimensional display of the object for focus, out of the content for display 300. An output unit 130, in an operation start state, displays a content screen in which the object for focus is displayed in a three-dimensional way, on a display device 400 with the use of the data for three-dimensional display of the object for focus and data for two-dimensional display of another object. A determination unit 121 instructs the output unit 130 to stop three-dimensional display when it is determined that an operation end is input in an input unit 120. The output unit 130 displays a content screen in which all the objects are planarly displayed, on the display device 400 with the use of data for two-dimensional display for all the objects.
