A display device of a mobile phone has a LCD module; a first housing storing and supporting the LCD module and having guide ribs in a square frame configuration; a drive circuit board assembled and disposed on the LCD module to be mounted on the guide ribs; and a second housing, engaged with the first housing to enclose the driving circuit board and the LCD module. Exterior impact is dispersed to the drive circuit board and first housing to protect the LCD module, since the drive circuit board is mounted and supported on the guide ribs of the first housing.
