A placing part 31 is provided with a first roller part 41, a second roller part 42, a third roller part 43, a fourth roller part 44, a fifth roller part 45, a sixth roller part 46 and a seventh roller part 47 which comprise several rolled members 40 respectively. Assuming that there is a virtual line which is perpendicular to the rotation shaft 40a of each of the rolled members 40, each of the rolled members 40 in the first roller part 41 and the fourth roller part 44 is arranged so that its virtual line may be oriented in a direction other than the front-back direction. Consequently, though containers placed on the placing part 31 start moving forward, they are guided by the first roller part 41 and the fourth roller part 44 and go toward a drag applying part 35.
