PURPOSE: To perform efficient actions by providing a portion partially displaying a train operation diagram and a portion displaying the change instruction of the displayed portion of the train operation diagram on a display.

CONSTITUTION: A train operation diagram 51 is displayed as the first display section on about 2/3 from the left in the horizontal direction of the screen of a graphic display 5, and menus 52 related to the generation of the train operation diagram 51 are displayed on the right. Symbols 53-59 for the change instruction of the diagram display portion are displayed as the second display section at the lower section of the screen. The time and station names are shown on the horizontal axis and the vertical axis of the train operation diagram 51, and the positions and time of trains are displayed as train threads. An operator is relieved from the annoyance to monitor two displays and can efficiently generate the diagram 51.
