Pointer type gauges 10, 20 include display panels 11, 21 and pointers 12, 22 for pointing the display panels 11, 21. A display 30 includes a display screen 30a which is hidden partially by the pointer type gauges 10, 20. A control means 50 causes the display 30 to display a plurality of icons 71. The control means 50 disposes the icons 71 along the pointer type gauges 10, 20 and displays the icons 71 on the display screen 30a of the display 30. The control means 50 displays the icons 71 on the display screen 30a of the display 30 while intensifying a selected icon 71.
