Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a display device for a vehicle attached onto a dashboard is undesirable in terms of safety since a part of a front visual field is blocked though a plurality of display devices are required to be loaded, and that a display device requires an operation to change the display and causes a trouble though the display device which can display states of various items by one display device is developed.SOLUTION: A display device for a vehicle includes: a first display plate which is made of a transparent material and has an EL layer between a pair of electrodes for displaying an operation state of a vehicle by light emission of the EL layer; a second display plate for displaying the operation state of the vehicle by a rotational indicator and an index part arranged on a surface; and a housing for supporting the first display plate and the second display plate. The first display plate is supported by the housing in the front of the second display plate to allow the overlapped display, and the operation state of the vehicle in a plurality of items can be confirmed at once.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
