PURPOSE: To provide the display device with touch panel correcting the touch data which shows the touch position to a touch panel based on the position deviation amount between an LCD and the touch panel.

CONSTITUTION: The position deviation amount between an LCD 6 and a touch panel 7 is converted into the touch dot number of the touch panel 7 and stored in a position correction memory 9. A position correction arithmetic circuit 10 corrects the position of the touch data based on the position deviation amount when the touch data are inputted by the touch panel 7 and outputs it through an interface circuit 8 to a CPU 12. The CPU 12 performs the recognition of the display data of the LCD 6 corresponding to the correction touch data and the corresponding information processing, then it outputs the display data to a display device 1 with touch panel. The display device 1 drives the LCD 6 by a driver 4 and displays the display data at the prescribed position of the LCD 6.
