Abstract:

To obtain a display device provided with a dynamic ratioless shift register operating stably and permitting to increase a degree of freedom for design.

This is a dynamic ratioless shift register provided with thin film transistors of which the semiconductor layer is formed of p-Si on a substrate surface, and the register is connected with a floating state node via capacitance at a fixed potential.
