To make a page to be displayed changeable by a simple and intuitively understandable operation in a display device for electronic data.

The display device 1 changes the page to be displayed in accordance with operation for reversing the display device 1. Therefore, it becomes possible to change the page being displayed by the simple and intuitively understandable operation. Also, since it is possible to predict a next operation and to display the page to be displayed in the back side in advance, it is possible to prevent time lag from occurring between a timing when the operation for turning the page is performed and a timing when the page is displayed. Moreover, since it is possible to change the page until a prescribed pause of the electronic data with a single operation, it is possible to realize a method by which the pages are turned with a simple operation while utilizing features of the device for displaying the electronic data.
