To provide a display device which facilitates the attachment to a horizontal support bar.

The display device 1 has a clinched member 12 on the rear surface of a cabinet 10. The clinched member 12 has a substantially semicircular side-surface shape, rotates around the horizontal axis line and can have a first posture where the clinched member is hidden in the cabinet 10 and a second posture where the clinched member goes out of the cabinet 10 and holds a horizontal support bar 30 for attaching the display device. When the display device 10 is housed in a packaging box or when the display device is left standing upright by using a stand, the clinched member 12 is set to have the first posture and the clinched member 12 is hidden in the cabinet 10. When the display device 1 is attached to the support bar 30, the clinched member 12 is set into the second posture and hold the support bar 30.
