Abstract:

To improve a reliability of a display device with a touch panel.

The display device with a touch panel is equipped with: a display panel; and a touch panel disposed on a surface of the display panel on an observer side. The display panel has a first substrate and a second substrate overlapped with the first substrate. The first substrate has a non-overlapped area where the second substrate is not overlapped. The touch panel is fixed to the second substrate. The touch panel has an overlapped area where the non-overlapped area of the first substrate is overlapped and has a spacer fixed to the touch panel between the non-overlapped area of the first substrate and the overlapped area of the touch panel.
