Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which has improved display quality.SOLUTION: A display pattern DP1 of a top-side light guide plate 11 is composed of circular recessed dots 103a-1 formed at intersections of a grating G1 having a bias angle θ1 and a pitch P1. A display pattern DP2 of a reverse-side light guide plate 21 is composed of circular recessed dots 103a-2 formed at intersections of a grid G2 having a bias angle θ2 (≠θ1) and a pitch P2 (=P1). The bias angles θ1, θ2 are so determined that interference fringes (moire) M shown by crossing oblique lines decrease, namely, overlap regions of the circular recessed dots 103a-2 of the display pattern DP2 of the reverse-side light guide plate 21 and the circular recessed dots 103a-1 of the display pattern DP1 of the top-side light guide plate 11 decrease.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
