Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a scanning line without reducing opening ratios of pixels to reduce a load on a common electrode.SOLUTION: A display device comprises a red sub pixel SxR and a green sub pixel SxG. The distance in a Y-axis direction between a pedestal electrode 23 and a scanning line GL driving a transistor Tr in plan view of the sub pixel SxR, is longer than the distance in the Y-axis direction between the pedestal electrode 23 and the scanning line GL driving the transistor Tr in plan view of the sub pixel SxG. The superposition width in the Y-axis direction of a light-shielding film LS and a red pixel area PA is larger than the superposition width in the Y-axis direction of the light-shielding film LS and a green pixel area PA.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
