Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of enhancing designability by disabling a driver or the like directly seeing a light source, with a good appearance around an instrument panel being kept.SOLUTION: A display unit 10 includes an LED circuit body for emitting light toward a windshield 30 of a vehicle, and a surface panel which is positioned in front of the LED circuit body along light radiation direction, forming a part of a surface of the instrument panel 20 of a vehicle. At the surface panel, a plurality of small holes are opened along a direction connecting the LED circuit body and the windshield 30. The direction in which the LED circuit body emits light is set in the direction in which the light that is emitted from the LED circuit body and then reflected on the windshield 30 is visually recognized by a driver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
