PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible display device in which sensors performing touch detection, pressure (push) detection and bend detection are disposed and each detection signal component can be separated from others.SOLUTION: A display device includes: an array substrate 102 having flexibility in which a display region is disposed; a plurality of pixels arranged into a matrix in the display region; a first electrode layer 134 disposed on the display region; a second electrode layer 136 disposed on the first electrode layer 134; a third electrode layer 138 disposed on the second electrode layer 136; a piezoelectric material layer 142 disposed between the first electrode layer 134 and the second electrode layer 136; and a flexible material layer 140 disposed between the second electrode layer 136 and the third electrode layer 138.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
