Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which can effectively utilize an in-cabin space even if having a large display screen.SOLUTION: A display device 1 includes: a housing installed on a center console 2 of a vehicle; a display screen 5 held by the housing; a driving mechanism which moves the display screen 5; and a control part which controls the driving mechanism. In a first position, a part of the display screen 5 is exposed to the outside of the housing. In a second position, an entire part of the display screen 5 is exposed to the outside of the housing. The display device displays a first image when the display screen 5 is in the first position and displays a second image when the display screen 5 is in the second position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
