To suppress positional deviation of a spacer.SOLUTION: The display device comprises: a pair of substrates 11A, 11B oppositely disposed at an interval; wirings 18, 19 disposed on an array substrate 11B between the pair of substrates 11A, 11B; a spacer 37 disposed on a CF substrate 11A so as to be interposed between the pair of substrates 11A, 11B; and an annular wiring part 35 configured of a part of the wirings 18, 19, and formed in an annular shape with a recessed part 36 for receiving the spacer 37 on a central side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
