Abstract:
To provide a display device having high reliability.SOLUTION: The display device includes: a substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; a pixel region of the first surface of the substrate where a plurality of pixels are disposed; a first optical film disposed on the pixel region; a second optical film disposed on the second surface corresponding to the pixel region; an integrated circuit mounted in a peripheral region of the first surface of the substrate, the peripheral region exposed from the first optical film; a first resin layer disposed in the peripheral region to cover the integrated circuit; and a second resin layer disposed on the second surface corresponding to the peripheral region, and also disposed in a region exposed from the second optical film. The first resin layer and the second resin layer have substantially the same shrinkage factor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
