Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of improving visibility of an image displaying state information representing a certain state displayed on a display panel, and emphasizing and displaying the state information to a user.SOLUTION: A display device includes: a display panel 12; a frame member 20 that is arranged to surround an image displayed on the display panel 12; frame member driving mechanisms (first motor 15 and second motor 17) that drive the frame member 20 to protrude from the display panel 12; display control means 11 for displaying state information representing a state on the display panel 12; and drive control means (control unit 10) for controlling the frame member driving mechanisms according to the state information to cause the frame member 20 to protrude from the display panel 12.
