Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of the three-dimensional representation of a decorative member, and improving merchantability and designability also as a display device.SOLUTION: A display device comprises a display plate 9, a light source, and a decorative member 10. The decorative member 10 includes: a hollow part 10d; a first leg 10a extending toward the display plate 9 and comprising a bottom surface S facing the display plate 9; a second leg 10b extending toward the display plate 9 and comprising a bottom surface S facing the display plate 9; and a top surface part 10c connecting the first leg 10a and second leg 10b. An end, at the hollow part 10d side, of the bottom surface S of at least any one of the first and second legs 10a, 10b, and its vicinity face an optical transmission part 9a. Part of light from the light source passes through the optical transmission part 9a and enters the decorative member 10 from the end of the bottom surface S at the hollow part 10d side and its vicinity, the end of the bottom surface S at the hollow part 10d side and its vicinity glow, and upper ends of inner wall surfaces H1, H2 of the leg extending from the bottom surface S to the top surface part 10c glow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
