Abstract:
To solve a problem that it becomes difficult to miniaturize a signal line, and thereby the signal line may be disconnected when there is a stepped portion on the underlying surface of the signal line disposed on the periphery of the panel.SOLUTION: A display device includes a circuit layer provided on one surface of a substrate, a display element arranged on an upper layer of the circuit layer, a sealing layer provided on the upper layer of the display element, a protective layer provided on the upper layer of the sealing layer, a touch electrode layer provided on an upper layer of the protective layer, and a plurality of connection terminals arranged on the upper layer of the circuit layer and outside the sealing layer; where the circuit layer has a plurality of connection wirings each connected to one of a plurality of connection terminals, the protective layer has an opening in a region overlapping with a part of each of the plurality of connection wirings, the touch electrode layer has a plurality of touch electrodes overlapping with on the display elements, and each of the plurality of touch electrodes is connected to one of the plurality of connection wirings via the opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
