PURPOSE: To dynamically change a part of display and to intensify impression by storing information including a control code in addition characters to be displayed, etc., and changing a part of display contents with lapse of time by the procedures predetermined by utilizing the control codes.

CONSTITUTION: A display device 4 connected to the output side of a microcomputer 1 is constituted of a CRT display, a liquid crystal display device, an LED, etc. A reading-out device 6 for reading out the stored contents of a recording medium 5 is connected to the microcomputer 1. The microcomputer 1 controls the display contents of the specific part under display by the display device 4 so as to change the content with lapse of time in accordance with the control code when the control code is detected. Then, the information desired to be noted at the time of the display is changed like neon signs by the dynamic display control. The user's attention is increased by executing the dynamic display control in such a manner.
