PURPOSE: To control a picture display part to the most easily observable position based upon the height position and angle of a picture display body by providing this display device with a supporting mechanism for supporting the picture display body so as to optionally move it in the vertical direction along the wall surface of a storing recessed part and fixing the picture display body to the supporting mechanism so that its angular deformation can be optionally executed.

CONSTITUTION: The storing recessed part 7 is formed on the rear side perpheral part of a body 1 and the picture display body 9 provided with a customer display to be the image display part is stored in the recessed part 7. The display body 9 is supported by the supporting mechanism 12 so as to be optionally moved in the vertical direction along the wall surface of the recessed part 7. The display body 9 is fixed to the mechanism 12 by inserting the projection 22 of the base 14 of the mechanism 12 into an insertion hole formed on the rear part of the display body 9 and engaging an engaging pin 26 with one of engaging holes 23. Since three engaging holes 23 are formed so as to correspond to one projection 22, the angular deformation of the display body 9 can be switched to three steps. Consequently the height position and angle of the picture display body 9 can be controlled.
