PURPOSE: To prevent a trouble that a transparent alarm part is made weaker than an originally intended color due to a fluorescent lamp and that its visible recognition property is lowered and to restrain the influence of the trouble by installing a complementary-color printed layer in a transparent graduation part and a transparent character part which are desirably not to be illuminated by the fluorescent lamp.

CONSTITUTION: A dial (a display member) 2 is provided with a white transparent graduation part (a display pattern) A, a transparent character part (a display pattern) B and a red transparent alarm part (a display pattern) C. A fluorescent lamp (an illumination member) 3 which displays the reddish emission of light according to the transparent alarm part C is installed on the rear of the dial 2. A blue printed layer (a complementary-color member) 2e for light adjustment is installed on the rear of the dial 2 which corresponds to the transparent graduation part A and the transparent character part B.
