Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the reading precision of a coordinate point by eliminating an electromagnetic radiation noise generated by an EL display panel from the signal voltage of a loop coil. CONSTITUTION:Difference between an electromotive voltage induced in the loop coil 11 of a digitizer substrate 2 and the electromotive voltage induced in the loop coil 13 neighboring to the loop coil 11 is detected differentially as the signal voltages of loop coils 11 and 13, respectively. Therefore, the signal voltage of each of the loop coils 11 and 13 from which a constant electromagnetic radiation noise generated from the EL display panel 1 in the neighborhood of the electromotive voltage is eliminated can be obtained. In such a way, it is possible to secure the reading precision of the coordinate point satisfactorily without being affected by the electromagnetic radiation noise of the EL display panel 1.
