PURPOSE: To dispense with adjustment of a height position of a panel part by constructing a display lamp easily on the system ceiling.

CONSTITUTION: A display lamp is composed of an apparatus body 2 enclosing a light source and a lighting circuit of the light source and a panel part suspended from an under part of this apparatus body 2. Two T bars 1 are constructed in parallel with each other. A loading part 2a loaded in such a shape as bridging between support pieces 1a of these T bars 1 is formed in the apparatus body 2. A panel part 3 is suspended from between the support pieces 1a between these T bars 1, and the apparatus body 2 is loaded between the T bars 1. A display lamp A can be construced only by loading it between the T bars 1, so that construction becomes easy. Since a height position of the panel part 3 is not changed by a difference in a height dimension of the bars, adjustment of the height position of the panel part 3 can be dispensed with.
