To improve the advertising effect, and to protect a bearing from wind, rain and dust by providing a rotating part main body in a wheel for fixation at a central part of the wheel, and displaying a display mark in a surface of a static part main body.
A rotating part main body 1 is inserted into a circular opening provided at the center of an automatic wheel for fixation. A bottom part of a bearing insertion hole of a bearing 2 passing through the center of the rotating part main body 1 is provided with a screw fastening bottom part so as to facilitate the exchange of the bearing. The static part main body is installed in the bearing insertion hole through the bearing 2. The rotating part main body 1 and the static part main body are provided with plural projecting rings 9 inclined each other outside of the inserted bearing 2. A weight 5 is installed in a lower part of a display mark 6 of the surface of the static part main body, and even in the case where the rotating part main body 1 is turned, the static part main body is always held at the constant position by the bearing 2.
