To ensure the visual confirmation of a display at night and prevent a traffic accident in a rainy night by fusing and fixing a pellet-like light emitting body which emits fluorescent light by irradiation of ultraviolet ray and a pellet-like coloring material on the surface of an adhesive member applied onto a road surface.
An adhesive member 2 is applied onto a road surface 1, and a pellet-like light emitting body 3 which emits fluorescent light by irradiation of ultraviolet ray and a pellet-like coloring material 4 are mixed and directly sprayed onto the surface before the adhesive member 2 is dried and coagulated to fuse and fix the light emitting body 3 and the coloring material 4 thereto. The light emitting body 3 is formed by mixing an inorganic fluorescent pigment which emits fluorescent light by irradiation of ultraviolet ray having a wavelength peak of 365nm to hot melt resin and highly transparent glass powder, and molding the resulting mixture into a spherical pellet having a prescribed particle size. Thus, since the light emitting body 3 of the display 5 emits fluorescent light when a light source is lighted in the night to irradiate a display with ultraviolet ray, the visual confirmation of the display 5 can be ensured.
