In a vehicle having the seat 100 in which an arm rest 103 is mounted in a removable manner on a seat back 102 side with mounting tools 111, 112, the display panel mounting kit is used for mounting the display panel 10. The display mounting kit has a bracket 20 in which the arm rest 103 removed from the seat 100 is engaged with the mounting tool 111 mounted on the seat back 102 side of the seat 100 to be fastened in such a manner as to be sandwiched between the seat back 102 side face and the arm rest 103, and the display panel mounting tools 30, 40, 50 which are fastened to the bracket 20 with fixing tools 27a, 27b, 27c, and on which the display panel 10 is mounted.
