PURPOSE: To provide a display panel surface sheet with high accuracy and low cost by forming a printing sticky layer and a printing separator on the adhesive surface of the display panel surface sheet which is stuck on the surface of a panel and displays letters, figures, marks and the like, except for the region where embossing work is conducted later on, then conducting embossing work.

CONSTITUTION: Sticky paste is printed on a surface sheet 10 except for the region of an embossing work part 50 where embossing work is conducted later on to form a printing sticky layer 30. A printing separator 40' which protects the printing sticky layer 30 until the surface sheet 10 is stuck to a display objective is formed in the surface sheet 10 by printing. Embossing work is conducted in the region where the printing sticky layer 30 and the printing separator 40' are not formed to form an embossing work part 50. By this method, a display panel surface sheet with low cost and having the high accurate embossing work part 50 is obtained.
