A plurality of protrusion parts 20 are formed on continuity parts 9a, 10a of a second display electrode 9 and a second electrode terminal 10 on both panel substrates 2, wherein a protruded dimension of each protruded part 20 is set to be 2 to 10% of diameter dimension of the conductive particle 16 which conducts the electricity between the second display electrode 9 and the second electrode terminal 10. A plurality of linear protrusion parts 20 are disposed in parallel in a specified direction on the continuity parts 9a of the second display electrodes 9. The plurality of linear protrusion parts 20 are disposed in parallel in the direction vertically crossing the protrusion parts 9a of a second electrode terminal 7 when both of the panel substrates 2 are disposed opposite to each other, on the continuity parts 10a of the second electrode terminal 10.
