PURPOSE: To contrive rationalization of management, by enabling detection, display and printing of usage frequency per each time zone of an electronic balance and locating in the time zone number of customers, degree of labor of operators, etc.

CONSTITUTION: By operating a key input member 7 a control apparatus 4 is set to a registering mode for registering call-out number, merchandize code, effective period, etc. Data of merchandize 1 is read out of a memory by the call-out number. Weight of merchandize 1 is measured by a weight measuring apparatus 2 and the data is transmitted to the apparatus 4 through an A/D convertor 3. Time measuring data is applied to a control apparatus 5 from the apparatus 5 and if it so happens that they are within the specified time band a number of counting is added with 1 for counting frequency and the counting frequency per each time band is stored in a time totalling memory and displayed on a display 6 and printed by a printer 8. Thus, a clear information is available for number of customers, degree of labor of operators per each time zone.
