PURPOSE: To provide a feel that goods are abundant by forming rack boards into the same shape, permitting installation of the rack boards at a display angle that follows visual lines simply by preparation of hooks of different mounting angles, and aligning the rack boards in two stages or more.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of T-shaped cross section engagement portions 3 are secured to the inside of a back plate 2 provided in an inclined position to a display rack 1. A hook 4 is attached to the T-shaped cross section engagement portions 3 of the back plate 2, the hook 4 being provided with upper 5 and lower 6 engagement pieces for engagement with the engagement portions 3. The hook 4 is also provided with upper 10 and lower 11 locking portions for locking a rack main body 7 on the opposite side of the upper and lower engagement pieces 5, 6 to set the rack main body 7 by using the hook 4. The rack main body 7 is provided with a fitting portion 8 at its upper portion, for setting with the hook 4. A projecting piece 12 that can be placed on the lower engagement portion 11 is provided integrally with the lower portion of the rack main body 7. Further, the rack main body 7 is provided with a plurality of stepwise rack boards 9 with a stopper 17 provided integrally with the end portion of each rack board 9 and an engagement piece 13 of proper shape integrally secured to the lower portion of each rack board 9 so that an auxiliary rack 14 can be set in the lower stage.
