Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To timely change a screen by setting previously the display periods of plural messages other than a normal transaction to be displayed on a display screen switching control device for every message and switching the messages in every set display period.
SOLUTION: A control part 3 selects a screen of a high rank among those extracted screens. The selected screen is compared with the set screen No. of the previous day that is stored in a set screen storage part 6. Based on this comparison result, the processing way is changed. Then the selected screen is defined as a set screen of this day, and the memory contents of the part 6 are updated. The part 3 displays a message based on the memory contents of the part 6 during the working time of an automatic teller machine 1. If the selected screen is equal to the screen No. of the previous day, the memory contents of the part 6 are not changed into a new set screen and kept as they are. As a result, the screen switch processing is carried out in real time and with no manual operations after a selected screen table is once produced as long as a selected screen is not changed.
