Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain simple.and quick unlocking operation without need of troublesome key operation or the like for a resident in an apartment house while the unlocking by a 3rd party is made difficult.
CONSTITUTION: In a lobby interphone able to output a control signal used to unlock an electric lock provided to a common entrance of an apartment house such as so-called mansion, a wireless receiver 5 to receive a radio signal sent from a portable wireless transmitter 13 for a resident is built in a housing 15 and when the wireless receiver 5 receives a prescribed radio signal from the wireless transmitter 13, a control signal to unlock an electric lock is outputted.
