To provide a display stand for a model or the like, more enjoying admiration by displaying favorite models with a photo relating thereto as the background, and easily replacing the photo to produce various scenes.

Legs 2 are provided on the front of the display stand. The rear is provided with a groove 3 for fitting two transparent acrylic plates (provided separately) and erecting the same at the same time, and the groove part is set to the same length as that of the front leg to also serve as rear legs. The width and depth of the groove 2 are set to mount and demount the two transparent acrylic plates. A photo is inserted between the two transparent acrylic plates and fitted in the groove 3. The upper parts of the two fitted transparent acrylic plates are pressed by a clip or the like (provided separately) so that the photo is not shifted. Photos as backgrounds are replaced variously to easily produce various scenes.
