Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watthour meter capable of having a display unit display desired power use amount data.SOLUTION: A display switching system 1 of a watthour meter comprises: a watthour meter 2 for recording the amount of power use; and an external apparatus 3 for transmitting a signal to the watthour meter 2. The watthour meter 2 comprises: a display unit 21 for displaying the amount of power use; a communication unit 22 for transmitting and receiving data; a storage unit 23 for storing power use amount data; and a control unit 24 for controlling the watthour meter 2. The control unit 24 comprises display switching means 24b for switching display contents of the display unit 21 on the basis of the signal transmitted by the external apparatus 3. The display switching means 24b switches display from a measurement value of the amount of power use at present to the power use amount data stored in the storage unit 23. Because the display of the display unit 21 of the watthour meter 2 can be changed by only operating the external apparatus 3, work can be performed without waiting for a time necessary for display change.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
