Abstract:
To provide a hall display system that further enhances a realistic feeling and a method for executing an event using the hall display system.SOLUTION: A display system includes: a main screen 2 that displays an animation character operating in a hall H as a main character image MI; a sub-screen 3 that is arranged in the hall H separately from the main screen 2 and that can display video different from that on the main screen 2; a computer for generating video on the screen 2 and the sub-screen 3; and a first camera 11, which captures an audience seat AU of an audience watching both screens 2, 3. The character includes a second camera which is displayed as video on a part of the body. The range of the audience seat AU that falls within the virtual field of view of the second camera is selected as the selected video MSI from the video of the first camera 11, and the selected video MSI is displayed on the sub-screen 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
