Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce mental burden on a person as the subject in a bone density measurement.SOLUTION: A main device 10 is disposed in a measurement chamber 20, and a control device 38 is disposed outside the measurement chamber 20. An X-ray generator 22 and an X-ray detector 24 of the main device 10 move right and left facing each other across a Bucky table 11 and a subject region 15, and an X-ray is scanned on the subject region 15 in which the subject 48 is laid. An image is projected on a ceiling 30 of the measurement chamber 20 by a projector 18. The control device 38 is disposed by a window 32, and is connected to the main device 10 by a cable 36. An operator operates the control device 38 or checks a measurement result by referring to a display 46. Appropriate images related to the measurement are projected on the ceiling 30 from the projector 18 prior to the start of a measurement, during the scanning with X-ray, at the end of the measurement, and at an occurrence of an error, respectively.
