Abstract:
To provide a disposable body warmer with the excellent effect of warming a body.
In this disposable body warmer composed by housing a heat generating composition whose main body is iron powder in an air permeable bag, a highest temperature is equal to or below 50°C and the fine powder of a pyroelectric material is contained in the heat generating composition. As the fine powder of the pyroelectric material, tourmaline fine powder is preferable. For the content of the pyroelectric material in the heat generation composition, 0.05-10 wt.% is preferable.
