Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the elastic members of a disposable briefs type diaper around legs from being slid down.
SOLUTION: A disposable briefs type diaper 1 has a front body sheet 2, a rear body sheet 3 and a body fluid absorbing pad 4. The front and rear body sheets 2 and 3 are bonded near mutual side edges 16 and 17 and the pad 4 is folded into U shape while bonding terminal parts 36 and 37 thereof inside the front and rear body sheets 2 and 3. A lower edge 13 of the front body sheet 2 draws a curve recessed downward and the lower edge 13 crosses a side edge 35a of the pad 4 to form a top part 42 of an opening 41 around the leg. A first elastic member 23 extended along with the lower edge 13 of the front body sheet 2 crosses a third elastic member 39 of the pad 4 near the top part 42 and falls down toward the back side of the diaper 1.
