Abstract:
PURPOSE: To recover non-conforming articles downstream without stopping a line and then correct and throw them to the line again at any time when they are judged to be non-conforming.
CONSTITUTION: The inspection device is provided with an inspecting unit 4, a carrier part 3 for feeding inspected articles downstream, a leading part 5 for leading only non-conforming articles from the carrier part 3, a stock part 10 for recovering the non-conforming articles led in the direction which is opposite to that of the carrier part 3, and a push-out part 11 for pushing out the non-conforming articles to the upper part of the carrier part 3 where they can pass the lower part of the upstream side of the inspecting unit 4 at the opposite side of the leading part 5 of the stock part 10 and which can be repaired by an operator. When the non-conforming articles 1 are produced, they are recovered at the stock part 10 without stopping a line, are fed to a position D at any time by the push-out part 11 and are corrected by an operator and then a pallet 2 is thrown to a position E of the carrier part by an operator after correction for performing re-inspection at the inspecting unit 4.
